Use armour-piercing rounds to take these guys out quickly, focusing on weapons like the Assault Rifle, Magnum and Shotgun. While they don't have an elemental strength, they also don't have an elemental weakness. You can also temporarily disable them with EMP grenades and use Armour-Piercing rounds to make firearms effective against them.Ĭyborgs - Cyborgs are largely more of a mix of the two, although that makes them slightly more resistant to attacks than other foes. The Sparqbeam, Ion Pulse Rifle, Railgun, Plasma Rifle and Laser Rapier are your best bets. With these guys, you'll want to focus on Energy-based weapons. Expect generic bullets to bounce off these hulking foes, as they're heavily armoured and can push through standard firearms. Robots - Robots are the opposite end of the spectrum from Mutants. Energy is a strength for these guys as they have no circuits or wires to fry. If you can also figure out how to add fire as an elemental damage modifier (for example, through the Shotgun's Flame-Breathing Rounds), you'll do increased damage as well. The Shotgun, Mini-Pistol, Skorpion, Assault Rifle and Grenade Launcher will do heavy damage against these guys. Mutants - Mutants are mostly weak to kinetic weapons, aka, guns that fire bullets. ![]()
